Buyers, suppliers, verifiers, and administrators required different data views and permissions while two products moved toward one identity boundary.
My contribution
Delivered discovery, supplier profiles, verifier sessions, team administration, safe public projections, and a shared app-access migration with compatibility fallback, backfills, and orphan repair.

Canonical roles and entitlements moved into claims with compatibility fallback, backfills, orphan repair, and authorization freshness during rollout.
Reliability by design
Database row-level security remains the final boundary; controlled projections expose buyer-safe supplier information without making private profiles public.
